PB Cleaning Services was firstly established as a window cleaning business and has therefore been heavily invested in throughout the years. From creating our own pure water to having the ability to wash windows at heights of over 60ft we offer this service to both our commercial and domestic customers. With monthly and bimonthly rounds we ensure regular reliable window cleaning throughout the year.

Ensuring your gutters are flowing is essential in maintaining your property. Using a high powered gutter vacuum and an inspection camera we are able to complete this job from the ground level. While cleaning your gutters out we will also check your downpipes are clear from debris.

This service is normally completed at the end of Autumn when the leaves have fallen, but if you have never had your gutters cleared it would be worth having the inspected for blockages.

Getting your properties soffit and fascia cleaned can really help improve the overall appearance of your property. Using a combination of pure water and a chemical cleaner (when applicable) to help remove backed on grime and reduce the chances of stainage bringing the colour back. We recommend having this service annually in most cases to keep on top of it.

A well maintained conservatory makes a beautiful addition to any property. Having your conservatory cleaned involves having both the windows, frames, sill and roof cleaned both inside and outside.

Pressure and soft washing are both methods used to clean hard services such as; driveways, patios and paths. The difference between pressure and soft washing is that pressure washing rely on the water pressure to blast away dirt and grime whereas soft washing relies on a chemical application to get the job down. Both methods yield similar results however some surfaces will suit soft washing over pressure washing and visa versa.

Did you know you can soft wash the render on your house often a more affordable than painting it and yielding brilliant results. 

Roof cleaning in most cases is a multistage process in which both moss is removed from your roof tiles and a chemical inhibitor is applied preventing regrowth for up to two years.

The chemical used will not only prevent regrowth but in most cases we will see the tiles return to their normal colour over a period of 12 months.

If however you want to see a more immediate aesthetically improvement prior to applying the inhibitor we can chemically clean the tiles giving almost immediate results.
